Our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners (Printful and Lulu), which means they are produced individually for you once your order is placed.
Returns Not Accepted for Buyer’s Remorse
As our items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing ordered
- Delivery delays outside our control
This is in line with EU consumer protection law, which excludes custom-made products from the right of withdrawal.
Acceptable Return Reasons
We do accept returns or offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged or defective
- Product is misprinted
- You receive the wrong item
To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item

Return Instructions
If your return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions (if required)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in original condition (except in cases of defect)
- We may request that you do not send the item back, depending on the situation and fulfillment partner policy
