2. Products and Fulfillment
We sell physical products such as books and apparel, produced and shipped on demand via third-party partners:
- Books are fulfilled by Lulu.com
- Merchandise (e.g. clothing, mugs) is fulfilled by Printful.com
Orders may be shipped separately depending on the fulfillment partner.
3. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive/exclusive of VAT (as applicable).
We accept payment via:
- Bitcoin (both on-chain and via the Lightning Network)
- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- SEPA bank transfer
- More options may be available depending on which geographical location you are accessing the site from
Payment is processed securely. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has cleared.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the product and destination.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders placed on our website may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. For example:
- If you’re located in the European Union and your order is fulfilled from the United States or another non-EU country, your local customs office may charge additional fees before delivery.
- These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict whether they will apply or what the amount will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As per EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, except where exceptions apply (see below).

⚠️ Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly printed
In such cases, please send a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damage.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party services (Printful, Lulu, shipping carriers) or force majeure events (e.g. customs delays, pandemics, strikes).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising will be handled by Estonian courts, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection regulations.
